  Full Papers

The highly selective conference will only accept for review original papers that have not been previously published and are not currently under review by another conference or journal. We will adopt a DOUBLE-BLIND review process, where the identities of the paper authors are withheld from the reviewers. Authors' names and their affiliations must not be revealed or mentioned anywhere in the paper.

All submissions will be handled electronically via EDAS.

Submissions must be in Adobe PDF format. We require that they conform to the Springer-Verlag LNCS style (see LNCS Author Instructions). The length of the manuscript should not exceed 16 pages, including text, figures and references. Use of LATEX for typesetting is recommended.


Full Papers - Camera Ready Instructions

The EWSN 2009 proceedings will be published by Springer as part of their LNCS series. There is a page limit of 16 pages per paper. Detailed formatting instructions can be found at Springer's website.

We strongly suggest to use Latex2e, since that makes editing the complete volume much easier!

Please submit:
  • Your paper sources
  • Copyright form (PDF) [submit copyright form as a PDF file]
  • A readme (txt) file, giving the first name(s) and the surname(s) of all the authors of the paper, as well as the name and address of the corresponding author.
through EDAS by November 28th, 2008 at the very latest.

Posters and Demonstrations

Poster and demo proposals must be submitted as a PDF file with no more than 2 pages containing an abstract describing the research content presented in the poster or demonstration, along with title, authors, institutional affiliations, and contact information. The title of poster proposals should be prefixed by "Poster Abstract:", while the title of demonstration proposals should be prefixed by "Demo Abstract:".

Submissions must conform to the IEEE Transactions style with a 10pt font formatted for A4 paper (use the a4paper option) and without page numbers. Please submit your poster using EDAS.

We will adopt a simplified review process for poster and demo proposals. The abstracts of accepted proposals will be published in the EWSN 2009 adjunct proceedings. 		  Full Papers
